Jefferson Square at Washington Hill is located in a prominent block directly adjacent to the Johns Hopkins Medical Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The project covers an entire city block from corner to corner with over 20 feet in elevation changes and two elevated concrete PT slabs over the entire lot. The on-grade and elevated PT concrete garage was wrapped around by retail and five levels of type III wood construction.
Clark Building Group was the general contractor. Tim Park led the CA effort and concrete PT elevated garage and podium slab redesigns during construction.
