McHenry Row II Office

Project consisted of the historic restoration and renovation of two masonry buildings originally built for the Coca Cola Company in the early 20th century. In addition to the renovation of 89,000 square feet of the existing building, the project included a two-story vertical expansion on top of the existing building footprint. A full seismic upgrade of the existing building was completed in order to accomplish the vertical expansion.
