Alexan on Krog is located directly adjacent to Atlanta’s infamous Beltline and comprises of 222 units over 260,000 square feet of tenant space, including 14,000 square feet of amenities, including: bocce ball court, fire pits and grills, dog wash, and a bicycle workshop. The project wraps around a courtyard and a seven-story parking garage on a site with three to five levels of wood-framed units on either a slab on grade or an elevated post-tensioned concrete podium slab.
