Montford Park is located in a rapidly evolving area in Charlotte by Park Road over a five-acre lot. The project includes a precast parking garage with over 580 parking spaces, 17,000 square feet of retail, and over 300 rental units. Four to six levels of type III wood construction will be supported by a concrete PT podium slab or onto slab on grade. The project features offsetting exterior features for a contemporary appeal. The project is located in Mecklenburg County.
