Gables Rolfe Street

Gables Rolfe Street is a new construction of an entire block in Arlington, Virginia. With over 400 parking spaces and 530,000 square feet of retail and tenant space, the project will be a prominent feature along route 50. The project includes a new transitional living area for existing tenants, three levels of underground parking, a twelve-story residential tower on the south side, five levels of wood-framed type III construction on a post-tensioned podium slab on the north side, and a shared elevated courtyard at the center. The project is currently under construction.

Tim Park was a project engineer and assistant project manager on the project.
